Services

Pixelated Stories provides website design, SEO, local marketing, follow-up automation, and related consulting services. Project scope, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Payments

Setup fees, monthly retainers, and other charges are due according to the agreement for each project. Work may pause if an invoice is past due.

Messaging

If you opt in to SMS or text communication, you agree to receive service-related messages about your project, appointments, follow-up, or support. You can reply STOP to opt out of non-essential text communication.

Ownership

Once final payment is made, you own the custom content and assets specifically created for your project, unless a separate license or third-party tool applies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to us.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
